Mae ngat dam is a large water reservoir which stores water for agriculture and electricity creation. The lake is Located in Mae taeng district about 1 hr.drive from chiangmai city on high way no. 107. There are several species of fresh water fish in this lake. But only Jungle perch and Giant snakehead can lure.

The fame of the lake as thai people have been known is the best lake for fishing holidays, picnic or just spent over night for relaxation on a floating house. The scenery is gorgeous. A hug of green mountain blue sky is a surrounding view which you can touch as a quiet and peaceful lake.

04.00am Pick up from hotel. Heading to Mae ngat water reservoir. Approach to the lake within 1 hr.

05.30am. Start to cruise along for casting lures

12.00am. Lunch & Rest

02.00pm. Resume fishing till dark

08.00pm. Transfer back to hotel
